How does Introvia work?

Introvia helps real estate agents manage referrals through a simple SMS-based system. Agents can send referral requests to clients, who can then easily refer friends through our App Clip or web interface.

What is an App Clip?

An App Clip is a small part of our iOS app that loads instantly when someone taps a link. It allows clients to make referrals without downloading the full app.

How do I create an account?

Real estate agents can sign up directly through our mobile app or web platform. Simply provide your email, create a password, and complete your profile.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

How much does Introvia cost?

Introvia is currently free for all users. We may introduce premium features in the future, but basic referral management will always remain free.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting support. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Troubleshooting

App Clip not opening

If the App Clip doesn't open when you tap a link:

  • Make sure you're using iOS 14 or later
  • Check that you have a stable internet connection
  • Try opening the link in Safari instead of other browsers
  • The link will open in a web browser as a fallback

SMS not sending

If you can't send SMS messages:

  • Check that you've granted SMS permissions to the app
  • Verify the phone number is correct
  • Make sure you have cellular service or Wi-Fi calling enabled
  • Try restarting the app

Login issues

If you can't log in:
